In 2008 we launched a basic training course for our customers, which proved so successful that we have decided to expand our course programme to meet demand.

The course is aimed primarily at customers who wish to open or have recently opened a teashop, however even those with an established teashop business will benefit.

Our in house trainers give basic information on quality assurance for your own shop and of course on the general topic of tea.
